Common Issues
My wallet won't connect
- Make sure MetaMask is installed and unlocked
- Check that you are on a supported network — see Add Avalanche Networks or Add XRPL EVM Networks
- Try refreshing the page and reconnecting
I don't have enough USDC
- Follow the Add USDC guide to import USDC into MetaMask
- For testnet USDC, use the Circle Faucet (Fuji and Sepolia)
My transaction failed
- Check that you have enough native gas token (AVAX or XRP) in your wallet
- Try increasing the gas limit in MetaMask's advanced settings
- On Avalanche Fuji or XRPL testnet, RPC instability can occasionally cause failures — wait a moment and retry
I submitted a certificate but it is not showing in governance
- Certificate processing can take up to a minute after the transaction confirms
- Check that your wallet holds
REGISTRY_ROLE— if not, contact NCRB to arrange registration - Review the transaction on the block explorer to confirm it succeeded
My certificate was rejected
- Governance members record a rejection reason on-chain — check the proposal detail in the Registry Portal
- Common reasons: quality score below 50, unverifiable certificate document, missing methodology information
- Correct the issue and resubmit as a new certificate
I cannot see my tokens after purchase
- Make sure you are on the correct network in MetaMask
- Go to MyNCRB → Dashboard — balances are fetched from the RWA token contracts
- If the balance is still missing after a few minutes, contact us
