Account Profile

Your Account Profile stores your contact details and preferences on the NCRB platform. It is tied to your connected wallet address and used when you Express Interest in a project.


Accessing Your Profile

  1. Connect your wallet using the Connect Wallet button in the top navigation
  2. Click your wallet address to open the account panel
  3. Click Account Details

You can also navigate directly to /account while connected.


Profile Fields

Notification Preferences

The Notify me about my inquiries toggle controls whether you receive email updates when a registry partner responds to or updates one of your Express Interest inquiries.

This is enabled by default. You can turn it off at any time from your Account Profile.


Saving Your Profile

Click Save Profile after making any changes. A confirmation banner appears briefly to confirm the save was successful.

Your profile is stored against your wallet address. If you connect a different wallet, you will see that wallet's profile (which may be empty).


Why Your Profile Matters

Express Interest

When you submit an Express Interest inquiry, the platform attaches your profile's name, company, and email to the inquiry so the registry partner can contact you. If these fields are missing, the inquiry cannot be routed correctly and the modal will prompt you to complete your profile first.

Email Notifications

Inquiry status updates (e.g. when a registry partner marks your inquiry as Responded) are sent to the email address on your profile. Keep this up to date to receive timely replies.


Privacy

Your profile details are shared with registry partners only when you explicitly submit an Express Interest inquiry. They are not publicly visible on the platform. Your wallet address remains the primary identifier on-chain — the profile data is stored off-chain in the NCRB oracle database.
